  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick)  butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1  large egg
  • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels


  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.  Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated of sugar with an electric mixer on medium until well blended.
  4. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla extract to the large bowl. Mix on low until combined.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Use a spoon to fold morsels into the mixture.  
  7. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are firm.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for two minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.  
  10. Store in airtight container.
