No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

With end-of-the-year exams coming up and the summer heat already upon us, this easy-to-make, chilled recipe is the perfect snack.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, divided
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, microwave the butter for one minute or until melted. Add in one cup of peanut butter, the graham cracker crumbs, and the powdered sugar. Stir until completely mixed.

2. Line an 8×8 pan with aluminum foil. Spread mixture in pan and place in refrigerator.

3. Microwave two tablespoons peanut butter and chocolate chips together for 30-45 seconds or until melted.

4. Spread chocolate layer over peanut butter layer and chill in refrigerator for one hour, or until firm.

5. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
