Kaley Brannon, sophomore, recently added two new additions to her home, Lucy and Josie. Lucy is an American pitbull with heterochromia, and Josie is a young black lab mix. Josie was adopted from the Humane Society and is a permanent member of the Brannon's home. Lucy on the other hand, is a temporary foster from the SPCA. Regardless of that fact, both dogs are given the same amount of love and affection from the family. “Having new pets has made my quarantine experience much better,” said Brannon. “It's easier to deal with being away from people with two dogs there for emotional support.”
