Chocolate crinkle cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 15.25 oz. Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (1 Box)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • Betty Crocker red decorating cookie icing
  • Holiday sprinkles

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil until well combined.
  2. Chill cookie dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. After dough has chilled, form into small tablespoon size balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated (the key to perfect crinkles is small dough balls with a lot of powdered sugar coating them).
  7. Transfer dough balls to cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for approximately 7 minutes, or until done.
  9. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes.
  10. Optional: coat cookies with more powdered sugar, frosting and sprinkles for holiday fun!
